Description

Responsible to attend, work and excute the foreclosure action against defaulted account and ensure the foreclosure proceeding is promptly taken against the property.

To execute plans/activities to meet the dept KPIs set on Delinquency Ratio (DR), Write off Preventive, Impaired Loan (IL) management and Bad Debt Recovered (BDR)Responsible to expedite the foreclosure proceeding to reduce the IL ratio and boost up BDR.To work closely with solicitor and auctioneer.

To attend any request from customer pertaining to foreclosure proceeding.

To attend land enquiries at the respective land office when requiredTo support recovery and collection process via foreclosure proceeding by monitoring the business partner's performance.

To ensure turnaround time to file foreclosure proceeding are met.

To ensure compliance of internal policy & procedures, Bank Negara guidelines and regulationJob Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degreein Banking and Finance or equivalent.

At least 5 years working experience in related field.
