- Work from process operation documents to setup, adjust and operate CNC Mills including Mori NV5000 vertical mills, OKK600 pallet changing horizontal mills, and OKK500 pallet changing horizontal mills.
- Perform and document in-process inspections during production by using a variety of gages and other precision measuring instruments.
- Read G and M code along with blueprints to verify process accuracy when needed.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers and/or CNC Programmers to prove out new processes, tooling, and fixtures; provide input to optimize machining processes
