    About the job Business Development Program AnalystDuties & ResponsibilitiesGenerate strategy and execution plan to ensure success of specific SRG requestsCoordinate with Account Managers, Functional Leaders, Recruiters, and Researchers to execute on SRG projectsEngage with external clients on key SRG requests, providing an exceptional client experienceIn partnership with SRG Director, continue to improve SRG processes through feedback from clients and candidatesTrack and report metricsManage the creation of internal & client facing account documents/deliverablesCollaborate with other managers to manage cross-functional activities, with emphasis on business development needs and objectivesAnalyze competitive trends, markets, and strategies to improve existing client relationshipsInterface with ELT, marketing, business development, product management, & sales operations teamsRequirements1-3+ years of experience in research, market analysis and/or software & technologyBusiness Development and/or Business Development support experienceHigh level of proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Invenias preferredProject Coordination or Project Management experienceAbility to work cross functionally in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentAbility to work in ambiguityExperience in executive search or private equity preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
