- Work in confined spaces
- Work in windy spaces
- Use fingers and hands to handle, lift, use a cellphone, materials, tools, and equipment; reach with hands and/or arms
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance and with or without the use of devices and/or equipment to assist in the lifting effort.
- When lifting is required, employees are asked to use good judgment, make safety a top priority, and ask for assistance of others or of equipment as necessary. We do provide training.

This position is an exciting opportunity to assist HVAC/R staff, who are primarily responsible for performing general maintenance and repair of the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment within a variety of campus buildings.
The hours available to work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00am-4:30pm. We can be flexible with class scheduling, but require shifts of 3 hours minimum, and prefer 4.
