    HNI Workplace Furnishings is searching for a Financial Analyst to join our Muscatine, Iowa team.

    In this role you will be responsible for analyzing, developing models, and leading the implementation of initiatives primarily focused in ensuring fiscal financial objectives.

    Instrumental in continuous process improvement in existing operations to optimize the financial network.

    Drive projects/initiatives related to continuous improvement activities across finance/accounting function.
    Builds models to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis.
    Analyze data/trends/economical indices, identify opportunity for improved growth/profitability and develop business case to support conclusion.
    Drive alignment of broader financial initiatives with respective stakeholder groups.
    4 Year Bachelor's degree required: preferably in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting.
    ~2 years of progressive finance/accounting or equivalent quantitative analysis experience or advancement through the HNI developmental program preferred.
