    Description:

    Perform QC testing on the production floor including metal detection checks, leak tests, percentage tests, etc. Perform line audits once every hour on each production line including 1st piece, in process, and final inspections/QC tests Perform calculations to determine percentages of materials and total ounces Perform basic testing including moisture, salt, and fat (automated testing)Document in paper and computer form daily numbers, testing performed, etc. Work with production personnel on a daily basis to perform QC checks and help correct errors that may occur
