- Meet with customers and understand their needs, setup tools to monitor their environments, identify risk of outdated or unsupported software/hardware, etc.
- Help onboarding new customers and work with Project Coordinators to deliver smooth transitions and support
- Setup, document, and monitor the patching equipment
- Perform support for Managed Services staff and customers, prioritizing requests and tickets and resolving issues remotely when possible and onsite at customer locations
- Commit to delivering increasing customer satisfaction, through friendly and courteous service in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize information within knoweldge-based software
- Ability to create and innovate ways to automate and streamline processes and procedures, grow deeper understanding or current products, managed services tools and will administer, configure, and assign user roles to staff and customers
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based applications and software integrations
- Ability to configure web applications
- Strong knowledge of desktop applications and Microsoft based operating systems
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and task simplification
- Ability to resolve virus/malware issues
- Proficient in providing technical support and maintenance for server hardware and operating systems
- Strong client relations/customer service, communication, ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Understanding networking principles
- 4-6 years of IT/Help Desk experience
- Bachelors degree
