    Description

    Working Title: SENIOR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT **Location: PANAMA CITY, FL, US, 32404 Salary: $17.00 per hour (Paid Bi-Weekly) Number of Openings: 12 Posting Closing Date: 05/10/2024 All SCNA's working 2nd or 3rd shifts are eligible for a .50 per hour shift differential. This position may include a sign-on bonus of $1,000, which will be paid out over a two-year period at 6-month intervals (restrictions apply). Any employee leaving employment with the agency or moving to OPS prior to that time-frame will forfeit any additional bonus reimbursement. There is no guarantee of payment unless you complete the term of employment. If you leave prior to completion of the term, you are owed nothing by the Agency, and the recoupment of any previously paid bonus amount will be at the Agency's discretion. Returning employees must have left the Agency for a period of 12 months or more to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant License

    Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

    Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Must be able to communicate effective in English: reading, writing, speaking, and understanding

    Must have basic computer skills

    Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Experience in long-term care or 120-bed skilled nursing facility

    High school diploma or GED
