    We are currently hiring a Creative Services Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. This position is from July-December 2024.

    *A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

    What You'll Brew:
    • Present 2-3 creative Brand Projects that you work on over your 6-month Co-Op experience with us. You will go in-depth on why you've chosen these projects, what you've learned/gained from these projects and relay one thing that you could have done better during the creative process.
    • Create, design, and deliver world class custom promotional services (menu cards, banners, posters, case cards etc.) to our internal (sales/office) and external customers (distributors).
    • Create and design custom items that reflect our brand strategy to encourage product purchase.
    • Display strong attention to detail on one's own work
    • Using strong communication skills, build rapport with internal contacts (sales personnel and office employees) and external customers (wholesalers, vendors, etc.) by providing answers to questions and solutions to problems.
    • Work directly with print vendors to ensure high quality printing and delivery of point-of-sale (POS.)
    • Digitally enhance artwork/images supplied from accounts (bars, etc.) for use on custom orders.
    • Duplicate orders to customer specifications.
    • By own initiative, consult with Legal on liability issues to ensure promotional pieces are compliant with any state/federal restrictions, trademarks, etc.
    • Organize custom orders for packaging, including completion of all appropriate shipping information.
    • Work as part of a team to ensure all jobs are turned around within the set department expectations.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
    • Must be able to commit to a 6 month Co-Op Cycle - July-December 2023.
    • Must be able to commute daily to Seaport Area in Boston, MA, and/or work remotely with wi-fi connection.
    • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Student resumes/applications should include a link to an online portfolio.
    • Strong typography skills and solid knowledge of InDesign.
    • Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders
    • Team player and maintains a positive attitude
    • Responsive and accessible
    • Follows up on commitments and is detail-oriented
