- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge and have at least two (2) years' experience in all aspects of program support, secretarial and clerical functions including a thorough knowledge of office equipment such as; photocopying machines, computers, data or word processor and facsimile machines.
- Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, tactful manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to learn and apply office procedures to work situations.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience working in a clinic setting
- Bilingual Spanish
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
