- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Lead quality assurance
- Present to clients reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Evaluate and assess result of project
- Identify potential client opportunities with TBSG and communicate to team
- Identify, roll out and develop new processes when appropriate
- Optimize Teamwork (project management software) workflow
- Assist in optimization and create new ones as necessary (Excel, PPT Deliverable templates)
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities and standards
- Assist Executive Director in producing proposals for prospective clients, including cost estimates and project plans
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status to clients
- Presentation/deck development for various projects

- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge / minimum five years of project management experience
