The Chief Advancement Officer will shape the vision direction and culture of all Wharton fundraising engagement programs across External Affairs division Leading by example they will create a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation as part of Whartons senior leadership team they will guide support and leverage the dean in her role as lead spokesperson serving as an advisor strategist in setting fundraising priorities cultivating highest-level donors soliciting transformational gifts and operationalizing bold new ideas- Partner closely with a forward-thinking dean to develop implement a school-wide strategic advancement plan reflecting long-term growth aligning with Whartons distinctive global brand
- Build upon further leverage Whartons deeply engaged passionate 100000+ alumni community comprised ultra-high-net-worth philanthropists thought leaders worldwide
- In partnership continue grow Whartons principal transformational gift pipeline simultaneously investing middle giving pyramid best-in-class annual fund alumni relations programs
