    Description
    Overview
    Role Overview: Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and providing top-notch healthcare service.
    Responsibilities:
    • Dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients following the Standard of Practice
    • Ensuring accurate prescription dispensing and reporting incidents promptly
    • Overseeing third party claims submission and inventory management
    • Maintaining pharmacy records and fostering professional relationships
    • Incorporating advancements in the Pharmacy field into practice
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
    • Valid State License and current registration
    • Certified Immunizer
    Required Skills:
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Organizational and basic keyboarding skills
    Training Required:
    • HIPPA Privacy and Security Courses
    • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Course
    • MethGuard Course
    Management Skills Needed:
    • Customer service, planning, organization, and communication
    • Effective decision making and utilization of technology
    Leadership Skills Required:
    • Leadership, personnel development, teamwork, and empowerment
    • Employee relations and constructive feedback
    Behavioral Traits:
    • Intuitive and open-minded, achievement-driven, positive and supportive
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
    Special Employment Conditions:
    • Exclusion and sanction monitoring
    Compensation:
    $85,800.00 - $127,220.71 per year
    The final offer will be based on skills, experience, and education.
