    Description

    Position Overview:

    • Take on the role of a Restorative and Kerr Total Care Sales Representative for KERR
    • Responsible for surpassing sales targets in an assigned territory
    • Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers and dealers

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales objectives
    • Cultivate partnerships with dealer allies to drive customer growth
    • Build and sustain strong client connections to offer valuable guidance
    • Utilize CRM tools for efficient management of sales opportunities
    • Stay updated on industry products, technologies, and competition to enhance sales and marketing strategies
    • Manage the allocated geographical area within expense constraints
    • Participate in relevant local events and company gatherings

    Qualifications:

    • REQUIRED:
    • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience
    • 1+ year of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in Dental, Medical Device, Healthcare, BioTech, or related fields
    • Valid driver's license with good driving history
    • Residence in Fort Worth/DFW vicinity or nearby
    • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays and weekends

    • Sales Skills - Demonstrated high-level sales proficiency with a proven track record
    • Technical Aptitude - Strong grasp of technical concepts, ability to explain complex product and clinical information
    • Organizational Skills - Effective in planning and prioritizing tasks
    • Teamwork - Collaborative approach with other team members
    • Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Strategic Thinking - Capable of making impactful business decisions

    Target Market Salary Range:

    The compensation package is tailored to individual factors such as location, skills, experience, and performance

    Includes an annual performance bonus, health benefits, retirement plans, and more

    Salary Range: $71,600 - $104,100
