Description

Under limited supervision, oversees and manages daily operations in the store. Ensures appropriate merchandise is available and the staff is knowledgeable about the inventory.

The manager is financially responsible for maintaining necessary records, logs and statistics as well as performing required administrative tasks related to the budget.

Education:
HS/ Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:
3 years of progressive related experience in retail and/or cosmetology; Supervisory experience preferred

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of retailing practices; inventory control, merchandise purchasing, pricing and presentation.
• Skill in using computers and personal productivity applications.
• Skill in data analysis and interpretation.
• Skill in oral and written communication.
• Ability to perform all functions of operating the Boutique without direct supervision.
