    Payrate: $55per hr on w2

    Description:

    Must Have-

    Some type of const management background

     Personnel management background – team lead/supervision

     Minimum of three to five years of previous supervisory/management experience

     Strong project management and project execution skills

    Responsible for the interior design, space planning, construction management, maintenance and operations of all company facilities and grounds, leased and owned. Develops, manages and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals. Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements. Ensures facilities� compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment. Responsible to maintain and utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system. Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition and suitability for occupancy. Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters. Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility.

    Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management.

    Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.

    Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.

    Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.

    Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
