Coordinator, Child Adolescent Services, Outpatient Mental Health

Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, this Coordinator provides clinical and administrative oversight of the Child Adolescent Team, as well as direct, ongoing clinical services and rapid response to high-risk clients when needed.

Clinical expertise in evaluating treating child and adolescent mental health problems, including those involving co-occurring substance use issues, using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities is expected, as well as a commitment to including family members in treatment.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding clinical environment, and as a core member of collaborative leadership teams.

Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational/time-management skills required, as well as excellent writing and documentation skills.


Other Recuirements:
At least 1-3 years of supervisory experience, 3-5 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents and their families in a mental health setting. Spanish preferred, not required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health record documentation. NY State Behavioral Health license required, LCSW preferred.


Pay:
$75-85k
