    Round One Maine Mall is hiring Lead Associates for our Mechanic Department.
    This position is part-time, starting at $19 - $20/hr. Our entertainment centers hours of operation are from 10 AM - 2 AM.

    The Facility Lead assists the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of bowling/Spo-cha (where applicable) equipment and/or amusement arcade games, as well as assists customers as needed.

    Essential Duties:
    • Operates POS system to collect payments and view game card information/history.
    • Under the direction of Amusement Management, promotes and upsells membership cards, products, & promotional offers.
    • Conduct arcade floor walk, reset and clean games once customers are done using them.
    • Assists the mechanic team with game maintenance and repairs on arcade-related equipment.
    • Checks conditions of all equipment and reports to both the management team & mechanic team for maintenance and repairs.
    • Conducts all opening and closing procedures.
    • Opening and closing cash tills, organizing membership/game cards and coupons.
    • Provides customers with arcade & crane game tips and techniques.
    • Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
    • Conducts inventory procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Conducts lane maintenance in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Conducts restroom checks and cleaning.
    • Restocks, cleans and maintains redemption room to company standard.
    • Turns game swipers on or off & keeps detailed reports for reasoning.
    • Processes refunds, game credit adjustments, ticket adjustments, & balance checks.
    • Conducts ticket & credit adjustment audits per company guidelines.

    Non-Essential Duties:
    • Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
    • Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
    • Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
    • Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

    Qualifications:
    A High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment are required. Experience in a bowling establishment is preferred, but not required.

    Work Environment:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

    Physical Demands:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
