Job summary

This FULL-TIME position is with the Economic Self Sufficiency Program Customer Service Center in Sarasota and will be responsible for interviewing applicants to determine type of services and public assistance needs. Some duties include explanation of eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs,
maintaining necessary files and records,
completing general clerical duties,
using computer to input data for clients who are applying for public assistance benefits.
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Clerical or public contact experience.
