Role: PRN LPN — Days & Nights available
What You'll Do (aka your strength suite):
Deliver hands-on patient care and document progress like the expert you are
Build nursing plans within state scope, facility policies, and provider guidance
Administer meds safely and accurately, balancing clinical excellence + correctional standards
Carry out treatment plans with consistency and compassion
Handle assessments, emergencies, and fast-decision moments with confident clinical judgment
Keep your cool when the heat is on — calm, sharp, and dependable
