This company strives to optimize environmental resiliency in a way that effectively complements their clients' decision making and operations and efficiently fulfills their project requirements.

As the Senior Archaeologist, you will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing geological projects within the area of assigned responsibility.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain a positive relationship with clients and public agencies, prepare and review documents, develop budgets and scheduling, lead and supervise a team and manage contract compliance

-Oversee project compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

-Oversee archaeological surveys, monitoring, filed team management, and testing and excavating while providing specialized site assessments

-Participate in the company's continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts
