We are looking for a Principal Game Designer to tackle high-level engagement challenges across the Fortnite ecosystem. This includes innovating existing systems like Quests and Passes and creating entirely new structures to guide the player experience across the growing platform.We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative, welcoming, and creative environment. In this role you will Craft meaningful goals for players that build their exposure experience and mastery of new game mechanics while immersing them in the world of Fortnite Spearhead innovation in design for engagement space including systems progression rewards fulfilling key metrics supporting systematic framework needs Communicate vision multiple teams company as well as support all crafts optimize engagement Collaborate with product management marketing teams ensure player satisfaction overall game health driving growth ecosystem supporting key activations Drive live design prototype quickly changes soon after learn iterate
