    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Kforce has a client that is seeking a Content Strategy Lead in San Jose, CA.Description:
    • Individual contributor
    • Close collaboration with UX and Visual Design
    • Work with Producers to ensure flawless content delivery
    Responsibilities:
    • Content Strategy Lead will work with stakeholders to identify, choose, and improve content for specific journeys and platforms
    • Work with producers to ensure content is ready on time
    • As a Content Strategy Lead, you will work with Optimization to improve content performance
    • Review content for constant improvement

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience writing UX copy, with a portfolio that illustrates the scope of your work
    • Experience developing, building, and maintaining style guides, content components, and other content ops related artifacts
    • Significant experience writing a variety of content for digital experiences - including navigation labels, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help messages, alert messages, and emails; Interactive product experience a plus
    • Prior experience working with product design and development teams
    • Experience creating and maintaining taxonomy and controlled vocabularies
    • Ability to collaborate with design, research, engineering, and other project stakeholders to deliver a thoughtfully designed product
    • Proven ability to balance business needs with user experience
    • Desire to mentor and guide junior writers

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

    Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

    This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
