    **Position Purpose:**

    To maintain a well-organized office in accordance with policies and procedures. Will be responsible for the well-being and care of clients, visitors and interaction with family members in the center and for assisting the clinical staff with streamlining any clerical functions.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    Work prescribed hours prescribed and be available to work additional hours when necessary.

    Greet clients and visitors, collect and post payments

    Complete opening demographics and paperwork with the client in the EHR

    Maintain scheduling logs including referral and intake schedules

    Answer and direct calls appropriately; making reminder and prescription calls

    Internal and external distribution of mail

    Conduct financial interviews with clients, update and register clients in database

    Review clinical date and communicate discrepancies with supervisors

    Maintain visitors log, prescription log and intake log

    Review doctor's appointment logs

    Close office per clinical protocol

    Assist office support tram as needed

    Other responsibilities as assigned

    **Qualifications/Skills**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Strong customer service skills and customer service oriented

    Phone and/or switchboard experience

    General understanding of Mental Health

    Organization and multi-tasking abilities

    Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

    Must be able to work independently and with a team

    General knowledge of MS Office

    Keyboarding and ten-key experience, minimum 35 wpm typing
