Warehouse Coordinator - Medical Device Manufacturing
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a fast‑growing medical technology company in Mission Viejo, CA to hire a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily warehouse operations alongside the Logistics & Facilities Manager
Perform receiving functions:
inspection, PO verification, documentation review, and ERP entry
Handle delicate medical device components using proper clean-handling and packaging procedures
Pick, stage, and deliver materials to Operations, R&D, Quality, and Engineering
Prepare outbound shipments including labeling, packaging, and compliance documentation
Conduct inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, lot control, traceability, and stock rotation
Ensure full compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, cGMP, and internal SOPs
Support MRB activities and route nonconforming materials appropriately
Maintain a clean, organized, compliant warehouse using 5S and safety principles
Operate warehouse tools and obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
Coordinate couriers, logistics, and internal transfers
Support internal and external audits
Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline material flow and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum - 4 years of warehouse/materials experience WITHIN a medical device manufacturing environment
Candidates may be considered if they have experience in a closely related and highly regulated manufacturing industry (pharma, biotech, diagnostics).
