    Title: Business Systems Manager, Oracle Supply Chain

    Duration: Permanent/Fulltime

    Location: Remote work (must reside and work from any one of the following states - AK, CA, NV, MT, NM, OR, TX and WA)

    Salary: $129,501/yr to $164,965/yr (DOE and location) + Excellent benefits

    Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for managing information systems and processes that support the operations of Supply Chain throughout the organization's Health Services – examples include; Oracle (commonly referred to as Genesis), RFSmart, contract management software, analytics systems, master data files and the people that are responsible for these systems
    • Be responsible for working with customers, Supply Chain staff and end users in order to enhance and execute daily work within these systems
    • Facilitate processes and support for these systems
    • Manage changes and resolve issues that span work teams and the departments impacted by managing and supervising activities and staff in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Rely on experience and judgment to manage and accomplish goals on complex Supply Chain Management issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables
    • Manage a portfolio of systems ranging from highly strategic and business critical, always seeking out improvements to enhance work function throughout organization's Health Services
    • Serve as a role model for the Core Values and Mission of the organization
    • Be responsible for performing all duties in a manner that promotes Resources Engineering & Hospitality success and reflects the organization's Health Services Mission, Philosophy, and Core Values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Excellence, and Stewardship

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
    • 6+ years' of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management roles in comparable or larger institutions including complex Supply Chain operations, software integration, system upgrades and current technologies specific to Supply Chain Management
    • 3+ years' current experience managing projects and/or work teams
    • 2+ years' experience leading teams consisting of individuals from multiple disciplines
    • Experience managing complex work efforts while ensuring high customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks, programs and projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources and workload effectively, and thriving in an ever changing environment
    • Experience working effectively under pressure to meet ongoing, changing, and overlapping deadlines with short time constraints and limited resources
    • Experience delivering articulate and effective presentations to audiences of all sizes
    • Management or other leadership roles within a Supply Chain Management organization

    Preferred qualifications

    • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion modules such as: Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Supply Chain Planning and Payables
    • 3+ years of experience with business critical boundary systems such as: EMR, Mobile handheld technology, EDI and OCR
    • 3+ years of experience with ERP Application lifecycle management and Business Roadmap Design
    • 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams with technical resources
