Our therapists provide person centered care geared towards the individual's specific needs and utilize an inclusionary treatment approach that incorporates health and wellness. We are seeking to hire a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to patients
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
    • Prescribe and manage medication regimens for patients
    • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients
    • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Psychiatric-Mental Health
    • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health
    • Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred
    • Proficiency in venipuncture and aseptic technique
    • Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
