    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team
    The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with key technical team members to understand the technology underpinning core Vadum products and business area leads to drive new opportunities and provide internal feedback obtained from the customer
    This role will serve as a trusted technical consultant, influencing customer and Vadum technical direction to ensure mutual long-term success
    This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities

    Responsibilities:

    Customer interface, requirements development, design reviews, and technical interchanges, and all aspects of prototype/product system development, test, integration, demonstration, and evaluation.

    Prioritize and manage own workflow on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
    Architect and document hardware, software, and interface specifications and support implementation where appropriate.
    Manage and guide teams designing and developing end-to-end capability solutions including the development of reasonable schedules and progress metrics.
    Instruct junior engineers in execution of prototype/product system development, demonstration preparation, and field testing
    Requirements
    Must be a U.S
    citizen to receive a security clearance from the Department of State
    Technical knowledge of RF/communications, Radar, and associated applications.
    Technical background in digital signal processing techniques and implementation.
    Ability to work independently with little direction on day-to-day tasks.
    Effective oral and written communication skills.
    Must be flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
    Ability to deal with ambiguity, to accept and manage risks, and to learn quickly.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
    5+ years of relevant experience, required.
    Experience programming in a high-level programming language (e.g
    C, C++, Python, MATLAB etc.).
    Experience with measurement or test applications and Software-Defined Radios (SDRs).

    Experience developing and implementing real-time system architectures for one or more of the following applications: signal detection, geolocation, modulation/demodulation of modern digital communications waveforms, beamforming, adaptive array processing, radar range and Doppler processing, spread spectrum and or MIMO communications.

    Experience integrating prototype RF systems for one or more of the following domains: communications, radar, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare.

    Understanding of machine learning concepts, a plus
