We are actively recruiting for an experienced, hard-working, and dedicated Landscape Construction Site Manager to join our incredible team. This is a rare opportunity, as our site managers are treated and compensated very well. We create stunning backyard resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we pride ourselves in the beautiful designs that our site managers bring to life.Qualifications and Skills:We are looking for superstar candidates who already have experience as a site manager in a landscape construction company for 3-5 years, and that demonstrate reliability, integrity, and commitment This position starts at $80k per year, but with incentives has the ability to make $120k+. Training: There is an 8 to 10-week training period with another site manager at an assessed pay rate. It is non-negotiable to go through this process to learn our techniques and standards.
Qualified candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a landscape construction site manager, and be honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and ethical. They must also have:
