Warehouse Lead - Little Rock

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for oversight and daily task management of one or more of the following functional areas shipping picking packing FG receiving/put away RM receiving/put away configuration or other defined warehouse function.
+ Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Three or more years of related experience with at least one year in a senior/lead role Ability to read understand and follow company quality policy Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members Ability to delegate tasks coupled with good organizational skills General mathematical skills Ability to follow oral and written communication Prior experience in warehousing facility Experience in Good Documentation Practices and regulated industry requirements Strong Computer skills Outlook Word Excel Other warehousing systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred qualifications prior experience operating a Forklift.+ Responsibilities: Direct daily tactical oversight of specific area of responsibility Assures accurate timely transactions within inventory control system Lead associated personnel in daily deliverables Monitor productivity employees by Oversight job tasks deadlines Monitor flow assign/redeploy employees Monitor adherence scheduled work hours lunch rest periods Update Supervisor/Manager as appropriate Monitor track team member attendance Working knowledge all warehouse inventory control activities ensure all shipments prprerly prepared posted Provide oversight direction new hire/job function training Handle material movement goods maintenance inventory control records Reconcile discrepancies coordinate paperwork Ensure that systems are working order enlist IT facilities correct problems Verify quantities incoming outgoing goods purchase/sales order manifests Ensure accurate addressing preparation bills lading packing goods shipped Shipping Warehousing Distribution function raw materials process goods released finished products Ensure good housekeeping warehouse Provide leadership Warehouse employees including trains resolves any problems issues mentors coaches acts role model positive influence+ Benefits:
