    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Assists in the management operations of Cage transactions and responsibilities during shift

    · Assists in supervising, directing and training cage staff

    · Responsible for all cage staff activities and Main Bank accountability

    · Ensures all cash handling procedures are functioning within compliance and best practices guidelines

    · Ensures there is emphasis on guest service, compliant with regulations, and protection of company assets, including a thorough understanding of fraud and credit frauds (and the prevention thereof)

    · Provide proactive and professional guest service to all Casino patrons

    · Advises management of Cage exceptions

    · Ensures proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are met

    · Assists in ensuring proper staffing levels and that overtime is a minimum when possible

    · Ensure compliance with MGC rules and regulations, Internal Controls, and Standard Operating procedures

    · Attend all company required training

    · Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license

    · Adhere to all safety guidelines

    · May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Supervises all Cage staff including supervisors. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; documenting concerns and discipline; addressing complaints; resolving problems; control the flow of supplies and materials, provide for the safety and security of the Cage staff.

    Must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations polices and applicable laws.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

    SKILLS

    · Must be able to effectively communicate in English in all manners.

    · Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    · Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills. Proficient with 10 key.
