    Full-Time | On-Site
    Reports to: Administrator

We're seeking an HR Manager who's not only experienced but passionate about making a difference in the lives of both residents and staff.
    The Role:
    You will be the driving force behind our people-first culture-from hiring compassionate caregivers to supporting a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment. If you're energized by building strong teams and creating a culture of excellence, we want to meet you.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage onboarding, and retention for clinical and non-clinical staff
    • Foster a culture of respect, compliance, and continuous improvement
    • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately and confidentially
    • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare-specific labor regulations
    • Serve as an approachable and proactive resource for staff conflict resolution, coaching, and support
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training coordination
    • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and staff development
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care (HR certification a plus)
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and healthcare compliance
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Compassionate, organized, and mission-driven
