Responsibilities

We are seeking a mission-focused Sr. VoIP DVTC Engineer to support and contribute to our government customer's success in Washington, D.C., Reston, VA, or Tampa, FL


Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

Generally recognized as a leader in the industry in their area of expertise; sought out by others for advice and guidance.

Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the UC and VTC technologies and services.

Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.

Expertise in at least two of the below domains:
Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Communications and Network Systems Management).

Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.

May serve as a technical consultant to a project(s) dealing with UC and VTC services.

Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.

Established and productive individual contributor

Works independently with general supervision.

Problems faced can be difficult and complex.

May influence others technical staff through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies:

Years of experience with one of the following:
High School/GED plus seven (7) years of relevant experience

Associate degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience

Master's degree plus one (1) year of relevant experience

PhD plus 0 years of relevant experience

IAT II, CUCM Manager Course


Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI with an adjudicated CI polygraph or ability to obtain a CI polygraph


Work Schedule:
Full-time on-site
