- Ensure that all new functionality within the DB meets the updated requirements based on the audit results
- Configure & enable SSL and LDAP
- Observability/monitoring alerts using Prometheus & Grafana
- Performance tuning, backup/recovery, troubleshooting, etc.

Client and remote work opportunity. We are seeking a skilled Cassandra Database Administrator to join our team for an extended period of months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining large-scale data platforms, specifically with Apache Cassandra.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They must be able to identify gaps in the platform and provide recommendations for solutions. Proficiency in Ansible & AWX is required as well as knowledge of Jenkins pipelines and Terraform for IaC.
