    Description

    Our client seeks a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) for an advanced primary care clinic in Corpus Christi, TX.

    This position is ideal for a physician who s looking for a chance to slow down and truly practice medicine in a non-production-based practice model. This position offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients and shape the future of healthcare. If you're ready to focus on people, not quotas, and well-being, not billing, this is your opportunity

    Key Highlights:

    • Manage 10-15 patients per day and minutes per appointment
    • Predictable work week with limited call (phone only) and no weekends
    • Few administrative hassles - no billing or coding
    • The physician will be supported by additional staff that will assist in the overall program and will coach employee behavior changes

    Benefits:

    • $250,000- $260,000 base (negotiable based on experience) plus 6% quality bonus
    • $20,000 Sign-on bonus

    Education/Experience:

    • Board Certified MD or DO, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
