    Overview:

    Your Home Improvement Company - Marketing Coordinator

    As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and analyzing marketing programs for Your Home Improvement Company, a brand under the Great Day Improvements umbrella. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to continuously monitor program performance and evaluate areas of opportunity. The right candidate will be detail oriented and have knowledge in the direct-to-consumer space. This role requires patience, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of various marketing techniques. Remote - US Only

    $55,000 - $65,000 per year

    Responsibilities:

    Execute marketing campaigns to promote residential remodeling services

    Continuously monitor program performance by market and help identify areas of growth and opportunity

    Track campaign effectiveness through various marketing channels, including: Paid Social, PPC, Print, Direct Mail, DRTV, Radio, lead aggregator, email, and more

    Assist in the development of action plans/strategies to improve KPIs and drive a more efficient marketing plan

    Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

    Monitor Google reviews and set up Google-my-Business pages for new locations

    Process invoices and reconcile any inconsistencies

    Other duties as assigned

    Light travel to St. Cloud, MN as required

    Qualifications:

    Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field

    1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry such as construction or home remodeling.

    Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is highly desirable.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

    Positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude.

    Strong organizational and project management abilities.

    Proficiency in understanding media metrics and KPIs.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
