Description
JOB SUMMARYEvaluates learning and development needs for assigned unit and coordinates training to address identified needs. Responsible for assessing and ensuring staff competency is maintained for both new hires as well as experienced staff. Develops and coordinates patient education as needed for the assigned unit. Develops and facilitates various educational courses. Coordinates and helps navigate the new hire onboarding experience.

Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
Certification & Licensures:
3 years of nursing experience required
