In order to help Cochlear continue to grow and service our customers, we are recruiting for Collections Specialist – Commercial in our Americas headquarters location in Lone Tree, Colorado.
- Contact customers via outbound/inbound phone calls and other means of communication to secure balance of debt by negotiating payment in full, payment arrangements and payment terms.
- Pro-actively manage credit limit by communicating potential credit limit issues to customers

- Pay Range in the United States: $28.85 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary.
