    Description
    Title: Project Manager Location: Rio Rancho, NM Hire Type: Direct HireSalary: $120k-$135k/yr Relocation provided

    Job Duties:
    • Manage projects that support the overall strategy of the business, go-to-market objectives, increase on-time delivery and overall production capacity.
    • Implement data-driven manufacturing methodologies, production planning process improvements, supply chain and engineering work product organization, standardization and version controls.
    • Develop strategies that will improve supply chain forecasting and inventory management practices.
    • Mentor and coach team leads on effective and motivational leadership practices.
    • Align project stakeholders with their responsibilities, hold them accountable to deliver per established project plans, and foster a spirit of collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.

    Qualifications:
    • Two to three years project management experience required.
    • Bachelor's degree required (Industrial Engineering, Technology or Mechanical Engineer degrees are preferred).
    • PMP certification is preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams.
    • Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
