    Senior Helpers Nursing Assistant / Health Aide

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant / Health Aide to join our team as a Personal Care Specialist at Senior Helpers.

    About the Role:

    • Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and staff members.
    • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
    • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients. This includes:

    • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients.
    • Performing light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning.
    • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience working in healthcare or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    Salary Information:

    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
