    Our Sales Coordinator for Salon, International and New Business Development will provide key administrative and customer support for our domestic professional channels ("Salons"), international omni-channel businesses, and new business development efforts.

    This will include coordination for our distributor relationships, management of our order placement processes, tracking and support for our order fulfilment, communication of order status, marketing info and asset updates to customers.

    In addition, the Sales Coordinator will help facilitate the enhancement of our on-line ordering portals, develop and improve sales operational processes, and encourage cross-functional collaboration.

    The Sales Coordinator must be willing to embrace the dynamic culture with startup mentality by being open and flexible, willing to support the business as needed to achieve goals and best support partners.

    This position reports to the VP Sales & Trade Marketing | Salon, International and New Business Development. This is a Boston based, hybrid role (in-office 2 days/week). ResponsibilitiesProvide order administration duties to include product orders, sample requests, shipping issues and other pertinent itemsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute new item launches, promotional offerings, and various collection/kitManage assets for Global partners on file sharing platformSupport the professional account setup process, including approvals and management of inbox communicationManage PO# creation processMaintain salon master data, including addresses, contact information, and other relevant sales informationManage marketing communication to sales & education and serve as point of contact for requests from sales team and distributor partnersWork with sales and operations to ensure timely execution and delivery of promotions & gratis initiatives, including BOM creation and coordination with ops teamRequirements Desire to learn about beauty industry, with holistic view of cross functional teamsEntrepreneurial spirit, go-getter positive attitudeProactive professional with 1-3 years of sales support or customer service experienceMust have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales-driven environmentStart-up or small company experience with multi-faceted roles desiredCapable of establishing good personal relationshipResponsible and extremely resourceful in finding answers and solutions when information and data is not readily availablGood organizational skills with a high level of attention to detaiAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated analytical skills also desired Historically, women and people have color have felt they need to be over qualified to apply; we encourage anyone who feels they can do this job to apply #LI-FC1
