Job summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our main office. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our property management team by providing administrative assistance, managing a high volume of phone calls, and delivering exceptional service to tenants, vendors, and property owners.A fast-paced and professional office setting with supportive team culture offering flexibility and autonomy in day-to-day responsibilities is offered.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities,
excellent communication skills,
a proactive attitude,
and the ability to serve as the first point of contact for client tenant vendor inquiries over the phone or in person.
