Analyze manufacturing process and identify bottlenecksDevelop process improvements to promote product quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize wasteLead continuous improvement activities and projectsCommunicate and collaborate with team members to help them improve goals, metrics, and action plansCollect and analyze data related to the manufacturing processEvaluate resource allocation and recommend changes to optimize labor materials and equipment usageDevelop Standardized work instructions/SOPsQualifications:BS Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related fieldStrong understanding and experience implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsBenefits:
