    Job Title

    Traveling Recertification Specialist - Compliance and Leasing Division

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Traveling Recertification Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative organization in the apartment industry. This role will require up to 100% travel to work on-site at any assigned multi-family apartment community worksite project in the United States.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform core responsibilities to meet company objectives, working closely with tenants and applicants.
    • Complete various projects at an on-site level, ensuring effective communication with clients and building effective relationships.
    • Transmit information to coworkers and managers using multiple platforms.

    Requirements

    • Impeccable customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A minimum three (3) years recertification experience with professional certification(s) such as Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS)
    • Ability to multi-task within time constraints
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Property Management Software and Internet literate
    • Familiarity with HUD and LIHTC programs requirements
    • Section 8, Public Housing and Tax Credit experience required

    Workplace Requirements

    • This role will require travel up to 100% to assigned worksites with clients across the United States.
    • The primary work schedule is Monday-through-Friday, but evenings and/or weekends may be required on a regular basis.

    We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $20.00-$25.00/hour for new employees, depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible for overtime and discretionary bonuses.
