** Logistics & Order Fulfillment Manager**

at Green Thumb Toledo, Ohio, United States **The Role** As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of GTIs distribution including warehousing and inventory operations as well as production planning and procurement for the site. This role will require responsible execution of our inventory including receiving, handling, storing, picking/packing activities, and maintenance operation related to the role. As a growing business in a growing industry, we are looking for individuals who have integrity, a high-level attention to detail with the ability to stay focused through change. **Responsibilities** Work with existing inventory management program and own new ERP integration for inventory management Maintain and exceed compliance requirements using state tracking system Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Bachelors degree required and 4+ years experience in management capacity Management experience in high volume distribution or start up facility strongly preferred Experience leading a supply chain team including hiring, training and motivating Must have a solid understanding of the Medical Marijuana laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills as well as coaching skills Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt and problem solve, as well manage multiple tasks concurrently **Additional Requirements** Location (City) * *
