    Summary of duties:

    Experienced Technician with machine maintenance responsibilities who directs and manages the activities of workers engaged in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of tooling and equipment.

    • Supervises maintenance technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and preventative maintenance.
    • Collaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
    • Implements preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with internal team as well as management.
    • May be tasked with performing preventative maintenance and the repair/troubleshooting of equipment.
    • Completes employee performance evaluations and has the ability to address performance related matters.
    • Reviews and closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management system.
    • Responds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities as required.
    • Participates as a lead of the emergency response team. Assist outside emergency response teams.
    • Observes, complies with and holds team accountable to Company safety procedures at all times.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • 2 year or 4 year degree in a related field preferred
    • 3-5 years' experience required.
