Job Responsibilities
- Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization retaining supporting further penetration existing customers while supporting product conversions new customers Assist attainment established sales goals including market share objectives prescribed territory Apply knowledge sales process product portfolio customer knowledge improve sales outcomes Guide assist surgeons operating room clinical product knowledge Use product knowledge present demonstrate ensure proper utilization DePuy Synthes products Support customers attending surgeries assuring proper equipment available performing including ways optimize trays Provide Operating Room Sterile Processing Department consultation Troubleshoot provide technical assistance handle customer requests effectively manage hospital billing create close purchase orders Share key customer procedural marketplace insights other sales clinical marketing strategic account teams improve solutions service levels Prepare reports documents required Maintenance tracking effective deployment equipment assets assigned area ensuring product availability Ensure promotional materials maintained presentable manner Ensure DePuy Synthes Services offering meet highest quality standards Focus customer satisfaction retention improving customers insights DePuy Synthes tangible non tangible value proposition solutions Differentiate DPS products competition providing unique insights.
