Job summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our fulfillment center in Hiram, GA. This role is responsible for providing HR support, driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on human resources-related issues.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
