Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and validate electronic circuit board solutions for industrial control and communications in the power generation industry

Design and validate FPGA-based solutions for interfacing real-time microprocessor systems to high speed networks and I/O

Execute the design, analysis and/or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principals and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements

Provide technical support for field issues

Maintain products across their functional lifecycle

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience

Demonstrated expertise with analog and digital circuit design and development

Experience developing FPGA solutions, preferably utilizing Altera and/or Xilinx tool chains

Familiar with Cadence tool chain

Familiar with Verilog HDL

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

US Citizen or Green Card required

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
