The Associate Medical Director (AMD) leads our primary care team combining clinical practice with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interview hire supervise clinicians to staff and develop a clinical team
- Closely engage communicate with clinicians conducting weekly onsite center visits holding regular individual 1:1s meetings participating in monthly leadership meetings
- Understand support improve primary clinician performance through effective use of data coaching of clinicians teams foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams promote team-based care delivery
